It complies with ISO 12402-3:2015 and GB/T 31476.3-2015 Lithium-ion Traction Battery Packs and Systems for Electric Vehicles - Part 3: Safety Requirements and Test Requirements. The Power Battery Pack Tipping Tester is used to simulate special operating conditions such as steep uphill, steep downhill, rollover and tipping that may occur when battery packs or systems are installed on mobile equipment (automobiles) during use, so as to observe various potential conditions of the battery packs or systems. It simulates all actual operating conditions of battery packs or systems in the laboratory to identify and solve problems, optimize product design and improve product quality. As a dedicated testing device for the safety tests of power battery packs or systems, it is an essential product for battery pack manufacturers, electric vehicle manufacturers, as well as scientific research and testing institutions. The test bench is designed to be aesthetically pleasing, safe and practical, facilitating the installation and fixation of battery packs or systems of various models.
