Recently, Shenzhen Lansk Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lansk"), relying on its long-term technical accumulation in the testing instrument field, has comprehensively upgraded its global-oriented drone testing equipment matrix. Covering full-scenario testing needs such as flight performance, waterproof protection, remote identification and power system, the upgraded equipment strictly complies with international mainstream standards including GB42590-2023, RTCA DO-160G and IEC 61000 series, as well as ISO international standards led by China. It provides accurate and efficient testing solutions for global drone enterprises, further consolidating its core competitiveness in the global civil drone testing equipment market and helping Chinese drone testing technologies go global.
With the rapid rise of the global low-altitude economy, drones have been widely applied in consumer, industrial, security and other fields around the world, and the requirements for their flight safety, performance stability and compliance have been continuously improved. Professional testing equipment has become a key pillar for the global development of the drone industry. As a leading enterprise in China's drone testing equipment field, Lansk closely aligns with global industry demand and international standard orientation, focuses on the pain points of the entire life cycle of drones, and builds a multi-dimensional and full-scenario testing equipment system, realizing all-round and accurate testing from core components to whole-machine performance, which strongly supports the global popularization and standardized development of drones.
In the field of flight performance and control testing, Lansk's UAV Digital Wind Wall can accurately simulate complex wind field environments such as continuous wind, gusts, turbulence and wind shear, with a wind speed adjustment range of 0-17m/s, an accuracy of up to ±0.1m/s and a wind field uniformity of ≥90%. It perfectly meets the testing requirements of the anti-wind clause 5.13 in the GB42590-2023 standard and is also compatible with relevant international anti-wind testing specifications, providing reliable support for the verification of drone anti-wind performance in global markets. The simultaneously launched RTK Flight Control System, with a horizontal accuracy of ±1cm+1ppm and a sampling frequency of ≥10Hz, can efficiently complete the testing of core indicators such as drone hovering accuracy, track tracking and positioning error. Equipped with RTK base station, mobile station and special data processing software, it realizes accurate collection and rapid analysis of test data, which is suitable for the R&D and production testing needs of global drone manufacturers.
Waterproof protection testing is a key link to ensure the safe operation of drones in global complex environments. Lansk has built a full-level waterproof testing equipment system, covering the testing needs of IPX0 to IPX8 full waterproof levels. Among them, the vertical dripping test device and swing pipe rain test device can simulate daily light rain and multi-angle rain washing scenarios respectively, adapting to IPX1-IPX4 level testing; the strong water spray test device sprays water flow with adjustable pressure of 0.3-3MPa, simulating heavy rain and high-pressure water gun flushing environments to verify the sealing performance of drones; the immersion test chamber and deep-water pressure test device can complete IPX7 and IPX8 level testing respectively. The latter can be customized to 100-meter deep-water pressure simulation, meeting the waterproof verification needs of industrial underwater drones and comprehensively protecting the safe operation of drones in complex rain and snow environments around the world.
In the field of global drone compliance testing, Lansk's Remote Identification Testing Device closely follows the requirements of GB42590-2023 standard and international drone remote identification specifications, supporting full-band coverage of Wi-Fi 2.4G/5.8G and Bluetooth. The receiving sensitivity reaches Wi-Fi ≤-85dBm and Bluetooth ≤-92dBm, and it can automatically scan within 3 seconds after startup. It can quickly parse core information such as drone unique identification code, real-time position, altitude and speed, with a coverage radius of 5-10 kilometers. Equipped with multiple types of interfaces, it is suitable for the diverse needs of drone manufacturers, third-party testing institutions and security departments in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions, helping the global drone industry move from "unregulated flight" to compliant management and meeting the regulatory requirements of various countries for drone flight safety.
As the "heart" of drones, the power system directly determines flight safety and endurance. Lansk's independently developed drone propeller thrust test device, power test bench and other equipment have built a full-process power performance testing system. Among them, the propeller thrust test device is strictly designed in accordance with GB42590-2023 standard and relevant international standards, which can accurately measure core parameters such as thrust, torque and rotational speed, with a static accuracy of ±0.2% F.S. and a rotational speed test range of 0-20000rpm. It supports multi-channel synchronous collection and automatic generation of data curves, providing authoritative data support for propeller design optimization and power system matching for global drone enterprises. The power test bench can comprehensively detect the performance parameters of core components such as motors, ESCs, propellers and batteries, supporting multiple test modes such as static, dynamic and variable load, simulating actual flight conditions such as drone takeoff, cruise and hovering. It is suitable for the power system testing needs of different types of drones in global markets, and has the advantages of intelligent measurement and control, perfect safety protection and strong compatibility, which can greatly improve testing efficiency and test safety.
In addition, Lansk has also built EMC testing system, battery testing system and whole-machine drop testing equipment, forming a comprehensive and integrated drone testing solution that meets international standards. The EMC testing system is equipped with full anechoic chamber, ESD simulator and other equipment, which can complete multiple tests such as radiated emission, radio frequency immunity and electrostatic discharge, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility testing requirements of drones in various countries; the battery testing system can carry out safety tests such as overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit and thermal runaway, following GB31241-2022, UN38.3 and other international mainstream standards, ensuring the safe use of drone batteries in global markets; the whole-machine drop testing equipment can verify the structural integrity of drones in accidental drop scenarios, fully covering the core testing needs of global drone R&D, production and export.
A relevant person in charge of Lansk said, "Lansk has always adhered to the core concept of 'empowering industrial upgrading through technological innovation' and has been deeply engaged in the testing instrument field for many years. With professional technological R&D capabilities and strict quality control system, we continue to optimize the performance of drone testing equipment." He added that the upgrading and global promotion of the full-matrix drone testing equipment not only demonstrates Lansk's technical strength, but also provides comprehensive support for global drone R&D, production, testing and compliance management, helping the high-quality development of the global low-altitude economy. Against the backdrop of China's drone exports exceeding 20 billion yuan and the global market showing a trend of diversified development, Lansk will continue to focus on global industry demand and international standard iteration, increase investment in technological R&D, promote the upgrading of drone testing equipment towards high precision, intelligence and diversification, launch more testing solutions that meet the actual needs of the global market, and contribute to building a global low-altitude safety defense line and promoting the standardized development of the global drone industry.
