Model:LSK-T65F
The Ceiling Fan Airflow Laboratory / Electric Fan Airflow Test System is designed and constructed in accordance with GB 12021.9-2008, Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades of AC electric fans, and GB/T 13380-2015, and in compliance with the relevant clauses of BS EN IEC 60879:2019 as well as the laboratory requirements specified therein. It also meets the requirements of the current editions of the above standards and the new revised editions currently under revision.
Technical Specification for Electric Fan Performance Test Apparatus
Purpose:In accordance with the technical specification requirements of BS EN IEC 60879:2019 and GB/T 13380-2015:

1. Scope (Applicable Standards)
This airflow test apparatus is designed based on the above requirements. For ease of movement and because the test methods are essentially the same, it can meet the airflow testing requirements for table fans, wall-mounted fans, pedestal/floor fans, and tower fans, etc.
The system uses four anemometers to acquire air velocity data. Building on the original test plane configuration with two horizontal anemometers, two additional anemometers are added in the vertical direction, so that the average air velocity on the same circular ring can be represented more accurately.
2. Main Technical Parameters and Functions
2.1 Main Technical Parameters
Capable of meeting the airflow testing requirements for table fans, wall-mounted fans, pedestal/floor fans, and tower fans, etc.
Laboratory dimensions: (small fan) 4500 × 4500 × 3000 mm (L × W × H)
2.2 Main Functions
Used to measure:
Air velocity, temperature, humidity
Electrical parameters (voltage / current / power / power factor)
Rotational speed (RPM) and time
3. Technical Requirements
3.1 Scope of Application (Unit: mm)
Table fan blade diameter: 200, 230, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500
Wall-mounted fan blade diameter: 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500
Table/Pedestal fan blade diameter: 300, 350, 400, 450, 500
Pedestal/Floor fan blade diameter: 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600
Rotating-blade fan blade diameter: 200, 230, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500
Additional Requirements
The apparatus shall comply with the airflow test requirements of IEC 60879, featuring a reasonable design, high automation level, ease of operation, durability, and sufficient load-bearing and anti-vibration capability.
Test range: Ceiling fans.
Test parameters/items: temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, air velocity, airflow, input power, and energy efficiency value.
The system shall be computer-controlled and capable of displaying the air velocity at each test point. Typically, one measuring point every 3 minutes (including positioning, approx. 1 minute delay, and approx. 2 minutes measurement time). It shall calculate and display the average air velocity of each circular ring and the point airflow. The system shall automatically generate test results and process curves, and support printing.
During testing, measurements shall start at two points approximately 40 mm from the fan blade axis, then move point-by-point along a horizontal straight line to both sides with an increment of 80 mm, until the measured average air velocity drops to below 9 m/min.
The fan mounting frame and anemometer holder shall be equipped with a universal adjustable gimbal, and the installation height shall be easily adjustable within the required range.
Testo 435-2 (Germany) vane anemometers, impeller diameter 100 mm; 4 units in total.
The system shall be equipped with a multifunction power meter capable of measuring voltage, current (true RMS), and power, and a 500 VA variable-frequency (±1%) voltage-regulating power supply.
If you want, I can also format this into a clean “Technical Specification” Word style layout (with tables for the blade diameters and key parameters) and unify terms (table/pedestal/floor fan wording) to match your catalog style.
